The motion alarmed trunk was developed as a result of an attempted theft on our company owner's nephew. He was walking back to his dorm room after class when he noticed a guy walking away from the dorm in the parking lot with his trunk. He new it was his trunk, because of all the stickers he had on it. When he confronted the thief, he caught him off guard. So rather than make excuses, the thief threw the trunk at the nephew to knock him over so he could make his get-away. The nephew was a little bruised, but at least he had his trunk and the valuables inside it.
