Trunk and Luggage Colors
We do our best to accurately represent the various colors on our website. Due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that the colors of the items on your screen will exactly match the color of the trunk you will receive.
All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your order, however in most cases, we ship out within 2 business days. We ship via UPS Ground from our Rochester, New York facility. Once your order leaves our facilitiy, normal UPS delivery will take from 2 - 5 business days depending on how far you are. Should you require 3 Day Select, 2nd Day or Overnight shipping, please use the shipping calculator in the shopping cart.
Guarantee and Warranty
All of our Rhino Trunks carry a lifetime warranty. We offer a free non-cosmetic lifetime repair policy on all of our Rhino Trunk and cube products. Should your Rhino Trunk ever become damaged, we will repair it free of charge. Simply ship it back to us and we'll repair it at no charge. If your trunk has extensive damage, it may not be repairable. This does not include cosmetic damage such as scratches and dings as they are not repairable. This also does not cover damage incurred if the trunk is used as a shipping container or if it is used for airline travel. Therefore, using our Armor, Sticker, Naked or Cedar Trunks as airline baggage or as shipping containers will completely void your warranty. Trunks, ours or any other company's, are not designed to hold up to the abuse that airlines or shipping companies put them through. If that is your intended purpose, please look at our "ATA Cases" or take a look at our Indestructo Airline Trunk. Please contact us prior to shipping it back to us so we can give you the proper shipping instructions. Luggage and other products are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for a period of one year from the date you receive your order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org should you encounter a defect. We will rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
Returns - UPS Damaged it on the Way to Your Home
Every effort is made to deliver a defect free trunk to you. If you notice any damage to the shipping box, please have the UPS driver inspect the trunk before you take possession of it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to us within 10 business days of receiving your trunk. Please notify us by sending an email to email@example.com with a brief explanation. We will respond with instructions. Please do not contact UPS directly for making the damage claim. You must go through us. The trunk must be placed in the original shipping box along with any packaging material that came with it for us to be able to file a claim with UPS, so hold on to the packaging. A replacement trunk will be sent to you within 5 business days. Therefore, please email us immediately if your trunk was damaged during the UPS shipping process. Thank you!
Returns - Our Mistake, Customer Received the Wrong Item
We're only human. On rare occasion the wrong item can get shipped out. Don't worry, we'll take care of it. However, all products must be returned in new and unused condition within 10 business days of receiving your order. Before returning the item(s), you must obtain an RA# from us. Simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with a brief explanation. We will respond with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with instructions. We will issue a call tag with UPS and have them pick up the item(s) at our expense. All you have to do is package it up with the original packing material and box. After we have received the item back at our facility, we will send you a replacement at our expense.
Returns - Hey, Its Not What I Expected. Can I Return It?
Of course you can! However, the item must be returned in new and unused condition within 10 business days of receiving your order. Before returning the item(s), you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from us. Simply send us an email at email@example.com along with a brief explanation. We will respond with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with instructions. The item(s) must be in new and unused condition and placed back in the original packaging and box. Trunks and cubes must be sent insured. We recommend you ship it back using UPS. You are responsible for all return shipping charges on all items. All trunks carry a $10 restocking fee. All Tenba cases carry a 10% restocking fee. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s) at our facility, we will gladly provide you with a refund minus the original UPS shipping charges we incurred when we shipped it out to you. For all other products, please call or email us for policy information and return instructions.
For those customers who have purchased product before the start of a sale, we cannot go back and give you the sale price. The sale price is only valid for those who make a purchase during the sale period. Once the sale ends, we cannot give the sale price to anyone who makes a purchase once the sale is over.
