Each Rhino Urban Wardrobe comes with four natural canvas inserts.  Choose from the shoe insert, the 3 shelf insert and the 4 shelf insert.  The 3 and 4 shelf inserts come with a matching canvas shelf.  You choose the ones that best suit your needs and they're shipped inside the wardrobe.  You can mix and match inserts or even get four of the same - it's completely up to you.
